Farmers Branch is jumping on the pickleball train with a new entertainment venue in the city's historic downtown district. Called At Fault, the 40,000-square-foot pickleball and restaurant operation will be just east of Interstate 35E at 2330 Jett Street. The 'elevated pickleball and eatertainment facility' will make use of an existing building on the site when it opens next spring. It's the first of several such projects the operators are planning in Dallas-Fort Worth. The Farmers Branch project will include six indoor and four outdoor courts, three bars and a 3,600-square-foot restaurant.
