SPRING BRANCH, Texas – A newly opened farmer's market in the Texas Hill Country has locals walking through an oasis of fresh plants in addition to produce. Spring Creek Gardens, located at 11355 U.S. Highway 281 N. in Spring Branch, hosts a farmers market every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. during market months, which are September-December and March-June. 'After testing the waters and adding the bi-weekly Friday Farmers Markets in March 2023, in addition to our monthly Makers Markets; we had such a great response from the community regarding the Farmers Markets, that we knew we needed to make our Farmers Markets more accessible,' marketing director Kellie Bachel told KSAT.
