A 19-year-old woman has agreed to plead guilty in federal court to a charge related to the fentanyl overdose death of a 15-year-old girl in Carrollton in June. Lizbeth Prieto, 19, agreed to plead guilty to distribution of a controlled substance to a person under 21 years of age, according to court documents filed Thursday. A guilty plea is not official until a judge approves it. Prieto and Cristian Lopez, 23, were arrested by Carrollton police in June on one count each of conspiracy to distribute and one count each of possession with the intent to distribute.
